Dave's Hot Chicken, an American fast-food chain, is to open its first restaurant in Dublin at the former Central Bank headquarters on Dame Street.

Since opening as a pop-up in a Los Angeles parking lot in 2017, Dave's Hot Chicken has expanded quickly. In 2021, Drake made an investment among other prominent investors, such as actor Samuel L. Jackson.

Azzurri Group, a hospitality company, is spearheading the company's growth in the UK and Ireland with plans to open 180 restaurants in ten European nations.
