Calling all food lovers: every summer, Dublin hosts the Taste of Dublin, a culinary event that has become a true highlight of the season. Set in Merrion Square, the festival brings together top chefs, restaurants and producers for a unique gastronomic experience in the heart of the Irish capital. From 11 to 14 June, Dublin turns into a real paradise for food lovers, with tastings, masterclasses and opportunities to meet talents from both the Irish and international culinary scenes.

A festival in the heart of Dublin
Located in one of the city’s most beautiful parks, Taste of Dublin offers the perfect setting to enjoy the summer and spend time outdoors (and with great food, it’s hard not to have a good time).
The festival showcases some of the country’s most talented chefs as well as renowned restaurants. It’s the perfect opportunity to try signature dishes in tasting portions often more accessible than in the restaurants themselves as well as exclusive creations specially designed for the event. The festival also highlights local producers and quality ingredients, offering a true immersion into the richness of Irish gastronomy.

Workshops, tastings and masterclasses
Beyond the tasting stands, Taste of Dublin offers a wide range of activities:
live cooking demonstrations
masterclasses with international chefs and experts
workshops focused on wine, spirits and cocktails
meetings with local producers
An interactive experience where you can learn while enjoying yourself, all in a warm and friendly atmosphere. This is a place to discover, taste, share and fully enjoy the energy of summer.
