There's something particularly magical about Rome in winter. Think twinkling Christmas lights, afternoon espressos, beautiful historic streets and plenty of opportunities to indulge in Italian food.

This festive season, The First Roma is offering travellers three different ways to experience the Eternal City, with a collection of luxury boutique hotels celebrating art, music and Italian culinary traditions.

Located within walking distance of one another in Rome's historic centre, The First Arte, The First Dolce and The First Musica each offer their own distinctive take on a Roman city break.

Three Luxury Hotels, Three Ways to Experience Rome

The First Musica is perfect for music lovers. Located in Rome's Prati neighbourhood, close to the Vatican, the hotel features 24 rooms and suites, each inspired by a different musical artist. Guests can enjoy curated playlists, views across the River Tiber and contemporary Italian seafood at ALTO restaurant.

For those with a sweet tooth, The First Dolce on Via del Corso celebrates the art of Italian pastry. Its VELO Pasticceria serves handcrafted desserts and afternoon tea, with a special Christmas Tea and artisan panettone available during the festive season.

Meanwhile, The First Arte, near the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo, is a dream for art lovers. More than 200 contemporary Italian artworks are displayed throughout the hotel, while the two-Michelin-starred Acquolina restaurant offers innovative seafood dining. Guests can also enjoy cocktails and spectacular city views at Acquaroof Terrazza Molinari.
