CABÜ by the Lakes Announces Expansion With 15 New Cabins

CABÜ by the Lakes is expanding its much-loved forest retreat with 15 new design-led cabins,

now available to book for stays from 30 March 2026. Set within the tranquil woodlands of

Killykeen Forest Park, County Cavan, the new accommodation blends CABÜ’s signature

architecture, natural materials, and slow-living ethos for a restorative escape in nature.

CABÜ have introduced three new accommodation choices as part of the expansion:

Opening March 2026, the one- and two-bedroom Woodland Cabins are ideal for couples, solo travellers, or small families.

Featuring open-plan living, fully equipped kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling windows,

each cabin includes a private terrace for relaxing amid the peaceful woodland surroundings.

The 3-Bed Barnhouse with Hot Tub is the standout of the expansion, sleeping up to six guests across two floors. Floor to ceiling windows everywhere it's creates an atmosphere of light and airy, the space feels larger and more connected to nature.

It features a super-king master with en-suite, additional king and twin rooms,

and a light-filled open-plan living space with log burner. A private balcony and outdoor hot

tub provide a peaceful setting to unwind beneath the stars, making it a perfect escape for families and friends.

The new cabins sit alongside CABÜ by the Lakes’ on-site amenities, creating a tranquil

woodland retreat. Guests can gather at the Sitooterie, enjoy a drink at the Cabin Club Bar, or

unwind at the Nature Spa with a hot tub, sauna, outdoor Japanese baths, and luxury massages and treatments.

A private lake jetty and forest trails provide plenty of opportunities to explore and relax in nature.

Prices start from €550 for a two-night stay in a one-bedroom Woodland Cabin, €625 for a two-

bedroom Woodland Cabin, and €995 for a two-night stay in the Barnhouse with Hot Tub,

subject to season and availability.
